I've loved my experience at Mosaic Mental Health. Elizabeth is personable, respectful, understanding, professional, and everything I'd want in someone who monitors my medical and wellness. They use an app called Spruce were you can IM the staff to discuss anything relating to your appointment, insurance, and questions regarding your sessions. They offer virtual sessions which saves me the commute and gives me the flexibility to have my session where ever I am.
