Welcome to Mosaic! We are a psychiatric practice with a principal office in Texas. We also serve clients in Colorado, Washington State, New Mexico, Utah and Iowa.

Meet Dr. C. Muller, M.D.
​
​Dr. Muller is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 25 years of diverse clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and telemedicine settings. She completed her medical education at the prestigious Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, graduating in the top 10% of her class before continuing her postgraduate training in internal medicine at Henry Ford Health System and Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program.

Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Muller has served communities in both the U.S. and abroad, working in hospitalist medicine, hospice care, and medical directorships. She has held leadership roles in faith-based and state-supported institutions, reflecting her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Muller has also supported disability evaluations and utilization reviews, showcasing her depth of knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Muller brings cultural sensitivity and a global perspective to her work. As a collaborator with Mosaic Mental Health, she continues her mission of delivering high-quality, ethical, and accessible medical care to patients across Texas.

Meet Dr. K. Kapoor, D.O.
​
Dr. K. Kapoor is a double board-certified psychiatrist with a dynamic background in general psychiatry, addiction medicine, and neuropsychiatric interventions. With licensure across more than 25 U.S. states, he brings deep expertise and broad access to care through both in-person and telepsychiatric services.
​
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey and completed his psychiatry residency training at University Hospital and Medical Center in Tamarac, Florida.
Over the years, Dr. Kapoor has served in numerous leadership and supervisory roles at leading behavioral health organizations including Thriveworks, Cerebral, and Solaris Wellness Center.

Dr. Kapoor is trained in ECT, TMS, and Clozapine management, and is deeply experienced in complex psychiatric presentations, including crisis stabilization, substance use disorders, and dual diagnosis care. His contributions to the field include clinical research, public health education, and mentoring new providers.
He is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Osteopathic Association. At Mosaic Mental Health, Dr. Kapoor offers thoughtful, evidence-based direction and collaboration with a focus on collaborative treatment planning, and innovative, patient-centered solutions.

Meet Dr. B. Elsaadi, M.D.

Dr. B. Elsaadi, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with a unique background spanning outpatient, inpatient, urgent care, and telemedicine settings. He brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to care that integrates evidence-based medicine with a deep understanding of behavioral and physical health.
​
Dr. Elsaadi earned his medical degree from St. George’s University and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern. He also holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he developed a strong foundation in research and systems-based care. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Biopsychology from the University of Michigan, where he also completed Post-baccalaureate classes in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Behavior, and Health Education

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Elsaadi has provided care across rural and urban settings, supervised nurse practitioners, and worked with interdisciplinary teams in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and urgent care clinics. He has additional experience in hyperbaric and wound care, telemedicine, and clinical research, including acting as a Principal Investigator on multiple trials.

At Mosaic Mental Health, Dr. Elsaadi offers thoughtful and comprehensive medical oversight to support integrated care for patients with complex mental and physical health needs. His collaborative and accessible style makes him a trusted medical partner in our patient-centered model of care.

Meet Elizabeth "Liz" Macshadiya
Elizabeth (Liz) Macshadiya, DNP(c), MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a graduate of San Jacinto College and earned her BSN through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her many years of experience working as a registered nurse in various medical and mental health facilities and organizations within the greater Houston area fueled her passion for the care of patients struggling to achieve mental wellness. This passion led Ms. Macshadiya to earn her master’s degree at Midwestern State University, graduating with honors, enabling her to become a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner and provide a higher level of care to her patients. Ms. Macshadiya is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
Ms. Macshadiya utilizes the biopsychosocial model when approaching patient care, believes in treating patients with unconditional positive regard, and encourages them to be active participants in their journey to wellness. Ms. Macshadiya provides assessments, psychoeducation with empathetic listening, and inclusion of patients in the discussion and selection of available treatment options as much as possible. She focuses on treating the whole person, and not just a diagnosis. Ms. Macshadiya is available to see patients ages 16 and up in Texas and 6 and up in Washington State, Colorado, Michigan, New Mexico, Utah, and Iowa.
In her spare time, Ms. Macshadiya enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 4 rapidly growing children, her very loyal companions Daisy (6-year-old rescue Chiweenie), Simba (1-year-old Doxiepoo), Purple and Red (her two rescue Siamese cats), reading, listening to music (and singing along as best as she can), traveling, and giving back to her local community through volunteering. She is also a member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Houston and Houston Area Nurse Practitioners.

Meet Shelly Williams
Shelly Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, holds dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees with honors from Louisiana State University Health Science Center-New Orleans. Witnessing the pressing need for mental health services throughout her medical career, Dr. Shelly pursued additional training, completing her Post Masters certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University.
With a broad spectrum of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Dr. Shelly leverages her extensive tenure as a family nurse practitioner to recognize the interplay between medical conditions and mental health. She acknowledges the impact of life circumstances on mental well-being. Dr. Shelly is committed to evidence-based practice, and she tailors treatment plans to each individual for personalized care. Her holistic approach encompasses understanding, compassion, and empathy. She strives to foster a therapeutic rapport with her patients and create a safe environment. Driven by a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Shelly values incorporating patient preferences and beliefs into their care plans and treatment options. Specializing in psychiatric evaluations, psychoeducation, and medication management, she offers her services to patients ages 6 and above in Texas.

Meet Leticia Loret de Mola (Se Habla Español)
Leticia Loret de Mola, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, holds board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a graduate of Maryville University and obtained her BSN from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with honors. Mrs. Loret de Mola was working in the hospital setting during the COVID-19 pandemic when she realized the increased need for Psychiatric providers and the struggle of patients suffering from mental health conditions that were not being treated. This realization inspired and empowered Mrs. Loret de Mola to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to help overcome barriers to mental health treatment.
Mrs. Loret de Mola aims to provide individualized care, tailored to each patient's specific needs. Her goal is for her clients to lead a healthy and productive life. Mrs. Loret de Mola utilizes a holistic and multicultural approach by providing support, a safe space, and maintaining a positive therapeutic relationship with patients. Mrs. Loret de Mola is empathetic, caring, understanding, and patient. She utilizes the best available evidence in conjunction with critical thinking and patient values and preferences to guide her in making healthcare decisions. Mrs. Loret de Mola believes in treating patients as a whole person and ensures they have a clear understanding of their treatment options and goals of care.
Mrs. Loret de Mola is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves spending time with her husband and two children. For self-care, Mrs. Loret de Mola enjoys traveling, going out to dinner and the movies, and her favorite hobby is creating flower arrangements.
