Not even 10 minutes after I booked through Zocdoc, they called me to inform me about the appointment and how to prepare for it. I submitted the documents that were needed for my appointment. The person that called me was so nice and helpful. When my appointment day came up, Ms. Macshadiya was so kind and answered any questions I had. I would totally recommend her to anyone. I had a great experience with this doctor. From the moment I booked the appointment, the administrator contacted me multiple times to make sure all of my information was correct and I knew what to expect. The doctor was extremely thorough, easy to talk to, thoughtful in how to approach my specific needs, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my experience. I normally find it hard to find the right doctor in this specialty, but I am very grateful for zocdoc reviews which didn't disappoint.
