Flexible ways to pay
Cash, Zelle, credit card, and HSA or FSA cards. Installment plans and Afterpay can help spread the cost; ask our team.
Superbills on request
If we are out of network with your plan, we can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
Mosaic MoodHaus™ visits are billed like any other visit, with no memberships. Medication and lab work are separate costs. If you are paying for your care yourself, we can send you a written good faith estimate of what to expect. Relaxation Room sessions and add-on injections are self-pay and are not billed to insurance. Self-pay is required for same-day appointments. Bariatric psychological clearances are billed at our established visit fees, and you can use your insurance: at least one initial evaluation, then at least one follow-up visit, which can be as early as the next week.
Clear policies, no surprises.
The details that keep appointments on time and care running smoothly. Tap a policy to read it.
Payment is due 24 hours before your appointment. If it has not been paid by then, your appointment may be cancelled. We keep a card on file for fees under these policies.
Please give two full business days’ notice (48 hours, not counting weekends) to cancel or reschedule. Follow-up visits cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged $155. For an initial evaluation, the $35 non-refundable deposit holds your spot: if the evaluation is cancelled late or missed, the deposit is not refunded, and it stays on your account toward a future evaluation. New appointments are scheduled once any outstanding fee is paid.
Check with your pharmacy first to see whether a refill is on file. Refill requests come through our office, not the pharmacy, at least three business days before you run out, not counting weekends or holidays. Same-day refills cannot be guaranteed, and a follow-up appointment must be on the schedule for a refill to be processed.
Current patients can message the care team securely through the Spruce app. Email is not secure, so please do not send health information by email. If we miss your call, leave a detailed message and we will respond as soon as possible. After-hours non-emergency calls, or long phone consultations that would otherwise need a visit, may be billed.
In an emergency, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you do not have insurance or are not using it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
