We contact the patient

Our team reaches the patient within one business day to verify benefits, send intake paperwork and book the first visit. If we cannot reach them after three attempts, we tell you.

First visit scheduled

Initial evaluations are 50 to 60 minutes, in the Katy office or by secure video. New patient appointments are usually available the same week.

You get a note back

With the patient's consent we send the evaluation summary and the treatment plan, and we keep you updated on medication changes.
